    Purchased product from store. After 2 days, get message need to subscribe. Have uninstalled several time and reinstalled. Still no option to put product key. Any suggestions?

    "Subscribe" is the process where you activate the 12 month subscription with the retail key or purchase a subscription by providing payment information. You'll need to sign in with a LiveID after clicking the subscribe link from within OneCare. You will then be presented with an option to subscribe with a retail key/token/PIN.
