option for product key RRS feed

  • Purchased product from store. After 2 days, get message need to subscribe. Have uninstalled several time and reinstalled. Still no option to put product key. Any suggestions?

  • "Subscribe" is the process where you activate the 12 month subscription with the retail key or purchase a subscription by providing payment information. You'll need to sign in with a LiveID after clicking the subscribe link from within OneCare. You will then be presented with an option to subscribe with a retail key/token/PIN.
