Loading data into Azure CRM from On Prem

  Hi Tech Brains

  We have a CRM on Azure and we are loading data from an On Prem database. We are using SSIS 2012 with CRM connector (Third Party plugin) from Pragmatic Works Task factory. 

  We are facing a lot of performance issues with this.

  I would like to take advice from the wider audience out there on :-

  1) Is this a bad architecture at all? Any suggestions?

  2) Are there better tools to load data into CRM on Azure from an On Prem database?
