I'm the manager of a small IT group very interested in offering e-learning courses. I attempted to send a message to the link provided on the Microsoft web site to
mslvlhlp@microsoft.com

but itwas sent back as an unknown address.

So who do I need to contact to find out the pricing options to have 3-5 people accessing an e-learning course or multiple courses?

You can find out some helpful information here: https://www.microsoftelearning.com/help/howtobuy.aspx

On the page there is the following text: For Non-Enterprise or Select customers who are interested in purchasing Microsoft E-Learning or E-Reference Libraries, or both, volume discounts are available. For more information, send an inquiry to the e-learning team:

Click here to send non-enterprise or select volume order inquiries to the e-learning team

It appears that it prompts you to mail: msl_bulk@microsoft.com

Try that and if you don't find what you need, email me at learnmgr@microsoft.com and I'll be happy to put you in touch with the correct team if need be.
