Problems with Word 2002 following WGA update KB949810

Question
-
I installed update KB949810 2 days ago via WSUS on 8 XP Pro workstations. I am now getting messages on all these machines telling me that I have not activated Word 2002 which was installed on all the machines along with Works 3 years ago. I have all the orginal packaging and discs which appear genuine with all the holograms etc. The link for this message is:
When I click on 'next steps' I am advised to follow the activation wizard to activate my copy of Word 2002. Word 2002 was activated when it was orginally installed and if I try to re-activate it via 'Help', 'Activate Product' I get a message to inform me that Word is already activated.
How do I fix this?
Mark.
