This is what is shown in the Event Viewer. Can somebody help me to pinpoint the issue? Thanks!
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xffffe00189a8ca92, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80187d32659). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 291b0cee-1342-4d05-a451-a047b0392feb.

The stop error 0x000000D1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory to perform a read operation at a process IRQL that was too high.
I suggest you to ask this question in the Window Microsoft Community.Bye.
