  Unfortunately there is no Capacity Planning tool provided by Microsoft for CRM 2011. However, a seasoned partner will be able to give you a rough estimate for the infrastructure required based on the proposed solution. The sizing really depends on a lot of factors that vary based on the proposed solution /implementation.
