Bot stops responding after it remains idle for some time. Gateway Time Out,Internal Service error RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I have deployed my chatbot on Azure yesterday and it was working perfectly fine but after some time (roughly 1 hr) when i pinged the bot, it stopped responding.I checked the issues in the channels(it is enabled for both web chat and directline), i found two errors.

    1. Gateway time out

    2. Internal server error

    I deployed the bot again and it starts responding, but today, i got the same errors and bot was not responding.

    Kindly let me know the reason of this unexpected behavior.
