Unfortunately, you have a Windows 7 Professional OEM SLP installed that is licensed for use only on an Acer model computer. Since you apparently do not have an Acer computer, the Windows 7 Professional Acer OEM SLP license is not valid. In order to resolve this issue, you'll need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" Windows 7 license and perform a "clean install". If you desire, you can conveniently purchase genuine Widows 7 from the Microsoft Store.

As an alternative, if that PC is from a large Manufacturer and originally came with some form of Windows pre-installed, it will have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) sticker on the back or bottom (or for some laptops) inside the battery compartment. That Sticker will show what version of Windows was originally Licensed (and still is licensed) to run on that PC. So if there is a CoA sticker on the PC, you can contact the Manufacturer of the PC and request replacement Windows Recovery Software that can be used (in combination with the Product key also listed on the CoA sticker) to reinstall a genuine version of Windows.
Thank you,
