    I purchased a 2010 HUP version through my employer

    I bought a new Asus laptop that comes with Office 2010 as well as windows 7

    I put in the code and it says that it is not valid?

    Any assistane would be appreciated.

    You need to uninstall the currently installed version of Microsoft Office, then install the HUP version.

    Yes, you can reinstall Office using the same product key.

    Thankyou - If I install on this machine - if I upgrade my machine at a later date will it allow me to install on that one with the code?

    or even allow me to re-install on the same machine if I do a rebuild of the machine?
