extremelyu frustrated about windows 10

  I just purchased dell alienware x51 computer with windows 10.

  I went into the system and tried every selection: settings, all apps, fiile explorer

  I opened settings and clicked on every device manager or device option, I typed in e drive

  I typed in e drive in all the above selections and STILL....

  the E DRIVE is hiding from me!!!

  So ffffingggg frustrated I want to throw my computer out!!

  how to the HELL do I access my stupid E drive and why is itr not easier to access!!!!

  I have a lot of devices, my cellphone, my dashcam, etc connected and still...

  the fffin gg E DRIVE is nowhere to be found!!!! and I can do nothing witht them!!!!!!
