Improvement on the post editor RRS feed

    Hi,

    I would want know if there is an envisaged improvement of the post editor on this forum .

    The post editor break the posts format on each post edition (code  block explose, quote block explose, break line...). I found that it is hard to use unless edit the post in html (oh my god, we are in ... 2011!!, and i must yet write html to post ;-()

    Why not use a wiki editor or BBcode editor?

    What happens if you prepare your post in some other editor, then paste that into the HTML frame?   I don't think it would work to just try to post preformatted text into the Reply frame?  Doing that would also provide a backup so you wouldn't have to prefix every Submit with a  Ctrl-a, Ctrl-c.    ; )
