This error started about 3 weeks ago. I have not restored anything although the message is getting extremely irritating. I did attempt to put my restore disk from Best Buy in about 4 days ago but absolutely nothing happened and I am hoping that I don't have to entirely swipe the system and start all over.

Important! Please edit your post and remove the COA product key that you put in the last line of your second post. Do this at once. The key is unique and anyone can steal it. Please leave the one earlier in your report. The MGADiag tool has masked it sufficiently to protect it.
Please help us out here and give some details about when you first saw the error and whether or not you have restored Windows recently or had the computer repaired, etc.
Also, Click Start, type "services.msc", Enter. See if the Software Protection service is running. It should be set to Automatic (Delayed Start). If it is not running highlight it and click the Start link in the upper left of the console.
