Emails not being deleted from Forward Mailbox RRS feed

  • I have an issue with a forward mailbox. Mails are still being added to MS CRM but it appears that emails that aren't added to MS CRM aren't deleted from the mailbox despite the option for emails to 'be deleted after they have been processed' having been selected.

    Can anyone advise what could be causing this?

  • Some further information noticed the following errors, #26090, #35241 & #61346 for MSCRMEmail in Event viewer on the Server where the e-mail router is installed. However none of them referred to an individual email blocking the processing and emails still appear to be being processed. There are about 190 emails in the undeliverable folder and the no. of emails in the Inbox appears to stay around 2000.
