  • Hi

Its less than a week that Rollup 7 is released.

I havent seen much issues about it yet.

Probably waiting for it for few weeks is a better options.

However, if you want to try, you can set it up on some kind of development environment and start using it. (You can uninstall rollup 7 if it creates problems for you and revert to previous rollup versions)

But wait for a few weeks moving it to a live/production environment :)

    Best of luck

  • Hi,

I have my own CRM 2011 virtual machine. I actively do research on it almost every day. I have SQL Server 2008 R2, Windows 2008 R2, SharePoint 2010 and Office 2010. I had installed the Rollup 7 and have not faced any issues which I can relate to this rollup. Again, test it first if you were to install it in Production.

I hope this helps.  If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

  • No issue on my end yet.  The new read only form is fast!

As with any software updates - your enviornment may encounter issues - but it is a fully production support update.  If it is production critical - suggest testing it first either way.

  • I have installed Rollup 7 over the weekend. Everything seems to the working fine on the functionality but having a lot of issues the Icons and Style Sheet. Anybody had this issue and any fixes or work arounds. Icons are not the same and on the left navigation and also on the Form Fields.
