I stumbled upon the following thread in the Office Communicator forums, while researching an issue we have with forwarding of calls. I thought it could be interesting to share it here as well:

The SIP trace reveals the error "Cannot process routing destination" and shows that the phone context is "
'dialplan.domain.com@10.0.0.200 (10.0.0.200 = Front end server IP address)". When the caller does transmit his/her caller ID, the phone context is different and the forwarding works.
