Interesting - what file does the properties window show as being linked? You should try using the System File Checker to restore the file -Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot
Visit the Validation site http://www.microsoft.com/genuine and attempt to Validate Windows - again, make a note of error messages.
Reboot.
Run MGADiag again, and post the report, and error messages in your reply.

Type services.msc in the search box. A box will pop up that lists the services running on your computer. Scroll down to a service called software protection and see if it is running, if not righ click on it, select properties then click start, under startup settings make sure it says automatic (delayed start) then click OK. The notification should go away.
If it does not work or you get reoccurences of this start a no cost support incident at the address below, something may be tampering with this service and you may need further assistance. Please let us know if this helped or if you have to start a wga support ticket, what the solution ends up being.

One other thing I just noticed, which may be relevant.... You are using a version of Office intended for enterprise use, and not supposed to be sold to the general public. If you are a member of such an enterprise, then please see your system administrator for advice about the Blocked Key. If you are NOT a member - then you may have some unwelcome visitors on your PC that came with the program!
You should urgently uninstall the Office Enterprise suite, and then run a good up-to-date anti-virus program, and a good anti-malware program over the system - the Windows Live One-Care scanner has a pretty good reputation for a one-time AV scan in addition to your installed AV, and I;d suggest Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org) for the anti-malware scan - install, update, and run a full system scan and see what it finds.

That gets us little more information :(
The SPPSVC is still not running - but it gives no indication as to why this is so.Please check that the service (Software Protection Service) is set to Automatic, and is startedDarin recently posted a methodology to a a similar problem - you can try it to see if it helps at all...<quote>While my tools can't tell me what is Tampering the service, there are some thing I would like you to try to see if it corrects the problem.a) Reboot Windows and see if the Non-genuine message returns.b) Run a Anti-Virus scan (preferably multiple scans using different anti-virus software)c) Try the below steps that will recreate Windows 7's licensing store:1) Click Start button.
2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection servive may not be running, this is ok.
5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
8) Type: net start sppsvc
9) Type: slui.exe
10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.d) Change the Product Key being used to the key listed on the sticker on the side or bottom of the PC (for Laptops, the sticker my be in the battery compartment). To change the key, click the Start button, right-click Computer and select Properties. The system windows will come up. At the bottom of the system window, click the Change Product Key button and follow the directions. Afterwards you will need to Activate by Phone.Be sure to record the results of each of the things I have asked you to do and any error messages that may come up along the way. If an error message does come up, please be specific about what you did right before the error appeared.
