No Restore Option RRS feed

    I have been backing up my computer using One Care to an external drive. I just discovered I cannot see the files on the drive and I also do not have a "restore" option on my One Care Dashboard or Settings. What's up?

    Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum. To restore files open the OneCare dashboard and in the top right where you see the list of computers click on your machine. The line on the bottom right says Backup and Restore. Under that title you should see where it says Restore Files, it's a clickable link. Check there to see if your files are there. Then post back for continued support.
