Vista Ultimate x64 - MCE Netflix Internet Connection problem after Windows Update RRS feed

  • I attempted to use Netflix in Vista Windows Media Center (WMC) last night and got an error. The error said I need to check the internet connection.  I checked the connection and it was working.  Furthermore in IE8 I logged into my Netflix account and streamed a video from my Instant queue.  That proves that my internet connection and Netflix account were working. I attempted to re-login to Netflix from WMC, but again the message about checking the internet connection displayed.  I rebooted the PC, but that did not fix the problem. I uninstalled Netflix and reinstalled it, still didn't fix it.  Can anyone help?  I was a happy WMC-Netflix user for several months (until now).  Note, 2 Windows security patches automatically installed yesterday before I attempted to use Netflix. I'm seeing lots of other people reporting this err on other forums. Please help.
