CRM 3.0 was removed for clients PC's. After the installation of CRM 4.0 a few of the PC's are stopping at "Initializing MAPI sub-system" and a windows pops up with the generic message "An error occurred loading Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality. Try restarting Outlook"
Event viewer under Application comes up with:
Microsoft CRM had a problem accessing the Microsoft Outlook Application window. Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0x80004002. Context=.function=CUIUTil::EnableCRMToolbar.line1146
The clients are Windows XP with SP2, Office 2003 with SP3.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
