Question

When I turn on my comuter it automatically scans my computer and finds about 30 spyware, trojans, etc the background of this screen says security tool on it. It then says a program is trying to release credit card info on the web but was blocked. When I click remove programs it brings me to a screen that asks me to activate part of my virus protection or go unprotected. If I click on go unpotected it goes nowhere. If I click activate it brings me to a screen which says enter the registration code or already have one. It then tries to go to the web but it cannot activate the internet aplication.I have tried several times to run a scan of the computer using windows live one care but it locks up at 8% completed. What can I do?ThanksGregWednesday, March 3, 2010 3:23 PM
