Hi,
Using CRM Online and Exchange Online and Server Side Sync , you have an option when configuring the syncing of Appointments, Tasks & Contact to force the CRM OrgId to be updated on the Exchange Mailbox by using the checkbox - select
Sync items with Exchange from this CRM Organization only, even if Exchanges was set to sync with a different Organization.
Does anyone know what to do if this does not work? Is there a manual way to update the orgId?
