I installed trial version on second comp. but used wrong Id and now it wont let me activate it and removal tool wont work what do I do to get it

the removal tool always fails too reset or remove

Uninstall One Care, download the install cleanup tool and save it to your desktop - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 Right click the install cleanup tool and select "Run as Administrator" then install the trial again and activate.
