UR12: Lync presence missing RRS feed

  • After installing the UR12 bits, the lync presence icon is absent both in the grid view and when I open a record form.  crm->administrator->settings->general > the option is set ON and I have included both first name and email address in the grid view. This was working fine till UR11. Is this an issue with UR12?

    Is there any known workarounds for this issue, since multiple customers are raising this concern.

                    Are you using IE as the browser? I have verified it works fine on IE but not on Chrome or Firefox.
