    When I try and open my street and trips 2013 I get the below error. How can I remedy this?

    A licensing initialization error has occurred.  Please contact Customer Support For Assistance.  Error: 0xC004D301

    Tommy I just went through this last week. Call customer support. Ask for Streets and Trips and they will transfer to a tech. The tech will remotely access your computer and run a tool which will fix the problem.
