Sharepoint User Profiles - Where will it go when admin center is retired?

The annoucement says admin center will be retired 1/1. We manage user properties through Sharepoint admin center, but those options are being removed. What is the alternative? The migration articel doesn't mention it.

Also this is posted in wrong category because there is no sharepoint category listed.
