Where can I find the "Visual Studio Command Prompt" ? RRS feed

    I have installed recently the "180 day trial version" of sql server 2005.

     

    By reading the BOL, regarding the "ascmd" sample, I have understand that Visual Studio Command Prompt is needed to compile it.

    But unfortunately I cant find it (it's not appear's at Start>All Programs>Microsoft Visual Studio 2005>Visual Studio Tools...)

     

    Where can I find it ??
