  • Hello Rod Emmersen ,

From your Diagnostic Report: "Build lab: 6002.lh_sp2rc.090130-1715"

That means you currently have the Release Candidate (i.e. Beta) of Service Pack 2 installed.  All Beta Microsoft software will eventually expire. The Release Candidate of Service Pack 2 is set to expire very soon (in 3 days).  To resolve the issue, you need to Uninstall the Release Candidate of Service Pack 2.

If you have any problems with uninstalling the beta service pack, please see the Service Pack support page at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/11732#tab1.  If the information on the page doesn't help, click the link on the right side under "Get Help Now" The link will take you to Live Support. My understanding is that Service Pack issues are supported at no cost.

     Thank you,

    Darin MS
