Unable to open contact after installing IE 11 RRS feed

  • Hi

    My system has just updated with the latest offering of IE 11.

    However, I am now unable to open a CRM contact through outlook. Any ideas ?

    We had the same issue on my colleagues machine and had to uninstall it to proceed. I would like to keep IE 11 if possible

    IE 11 is not supported by microsoft CRM yet, please check implementation guide for system requirements.

    but I hope you can access by enabling compatibility mode, did you try it ??

  • I had to deal with this as well, you can force compatibility mode in Compatibility View Settings on IE11, and it will work ok. It's not great, but it will do.
