Docker : Unable to create release buid.

Orchestration support is enabled for Microservice project , I am able to build and run in debug mode , but when doing build for release mode I get exception.

C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\2.1.802\NuGet.targets(123,5): error : Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json. [C:\src\ProductMicroservice\ProductMicroservice.csproj]
