  • I am having a problem with the Oncare purchase window.  I can't change the country tab!!  My profile has Canada selected but the subscription purchase page is set at United States and will not allow any change. I have cleared cache several times to no avail.  Would appreciate immediate help as my trial subscription ends today.

  • Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>General>Languages, change the language to English ( Canada ).
