A/B Testing for University Project

    Question

  • I hope I am posting in the right place and apologise if I'm not. I am a student at the University of Portsmouth, UK, studying for a <g class="gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="11" id="11">Bsc</g> (Hons) in Digital Media. I have just completed my second year. In September 2016, I will be starting my final year. For my final year project and dissertation, I am planning to run a test where I create and publish two very similar (fictitious) WordPress websites, with one of the sites having SEO best practices implemented and the other without any other specific SEO. The idea is to monitor and <g class="gr_ gr_10 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="10" id="10">log</g> in a journal how long it takes for both sites to show and be positioned/ranked in Bings' search engine directory. I would appreciate any advice on how to go about it. Thank you guys.

  • Yea, wrong place. This forum is reserved for questions about the small basic programming language. It sounds like you are looking for assistance in building and monitoring a web site.

For info on how websites work I would suggest: http://www.w3schools.com/

For building a website and monitoring its usage statistics I would suggest: http://www.squarespace.com/

  • If you're building them using IIS or ASP.Net technologies I'd try them over here in microsoft official forums.
