Editing Open Shortcut for menu and views in ms crm 2011

Dear All,
Another customization from my side. I want to add few forms in the Open shortcut for menu and view in ms crm 2011.
I've few more forms created for lead. What I want is to add forms under new and display them based on the role. Is this possible. Any help - advise - suggesstion plz...

I don't think the shortcut menu is customizable. Perhaps you could do this using a ribbon flyout menu instead?
