Problem importing an OFX file into French Microsoft Money

Question
-
I use the French Version of Money 2004 and Windows 7 PRO.
I installed Money2005-FR-QFE3 on W10 family edition X64 and was able to migrate my.mny file into Money 2005.
However after import .ofx file from my bank and when I am busy to consolidate the transaction, the system go in an infinite loop, and I have no other choice than exit application.
Anybody has a fix for this

I don't know what the problem might be. Here are a few things that could be worth trying.
Download the OFX file to your computer. Then disconnect from the Internet, and try importing the file.
Maybe there is a problem in the particular OFX file. Do you have an older OFX file on your compute that you could try as a test? OFXAnalyzer tool is tricky to use, but it can identify files with a problem. It can even help figure out where the problem in the file is. Yes, Money should give an error message for a problem OFX file, and not hang. http://moneymvps.org/faq/article/366.aspx has a copy of ofxanalyzer.msi, which is an install file.
You could try to make a repaired version of your file. You can launch the repair tool with
File->RepairMoneyFile->StandardFileRepair level 2

I discover that Money2005-FR-QFE3 installation does not install the help files.
Will appreciate to know where I can get it...

I suspect that my .mny file is corrupted...
The proccess tell me that the file is repaired, but I get a massage that the "results.log" is not found. So I cannot see what was wrong.

Try running C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money 2005\MNYCoreFiles\salv.exe as administrator.
To do that, right-click that file, and choose Run As Administrator.
