"Marked as Complete" Appointments be set to OPEN status again via Workflow? RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    Is there a way for "Marked as Complete" Appointments to be OPEN again via Workflow?

    I tried to create a workflow:

    If Appointment Status = Complete THEN

    -this is where I got stuck on, how do I tell it to make it as OPEN again. Any suggestions?

  • Then Set Status = Open

    Setting the Status is different than updating a field on the Form, it's a direct call in the workflow.

  • Yes, you can do that. Add a step 'Change Status' and then set the desired status there

    Curious to know the business process that asks for a completed appointment to be opened using a workflow.. if you can share?
