File cannot be defragmented

  System:Windows XP Pro.

  I get the following error after Defragmenting:

  Fragments       File Size       Files that cannot be defragmented
  41              5 MB            \Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\Microsoft Office 2003 Setup(0010)_Task(0001).txt

   

  Searched but could not find the MSO2003 txt file.

  Have done Chkdsk but no problem reported.

   

  Any advice appreciated.
