Team Owning Vs Sharing RRS feed

    I am facing an issue when sharing records with multiple users in our CRM implementation. The POA table size has increased and making system slow. We are lookong for another solution instead of Sharing. The One solution that we are thinking is use Team Owning instead of Sharing.

    The Problem is how should we structure our teams.

    1. We have 50 people as Consultants in one BU.

    2. These 50 people have 5 different Team Leaders.

    3. All Team Leaders report to one Head.

    If we create a team  A of 10 consultants and One TL and One Head. When assigning one record to this team the TL and Head will be able to see the record but all consultants will also be able to see each other's record (that should not happen). How to control this.

    Please suggest.

  • You can create child business unit for each team lead under the main BU of 50 people.

    Assign that new BU to the TL and change TL role to access the BU level data (read/write as per your requirement)

    Now create team and exclude TL from that team and change team members' BU to newly created BU.
