  • Question

  • Hello, I run OS X and operate Vista via Parallels.  I experienced a hardware failure recently and had my machine replaced under warranty.  After upgrading Parallels and installing Vista, I am having validation problems.  Here is my diagnostic:

Answers

  • You must re-install your product key. Then activate your copy by telephone, speak to a live rep and tell him that you replaced your hardware because of hardware failuire.

  • Hello CyanCyde,

I am unsure if I understand the question.

I assume that you activated Vista before the hardware failer, what happens when you do the same thing now? (please include full error messages, if any)

    Thank you,
    Darin MS
