    i recently bought my laptop about 6 months ago and my hard drive was defective. I got a new hard drive and had circuit city reinstall all of my software back onto my computer. I have One Care on it but when i go to activate it/subscribe and put in my product key it says I already exist. I only have 11 days before the subscription ends and i do not know how to fix this problem. Please help

  • When reinstalling oneCare you must use the same e-mail address, that you used the first time you installed and activated your subscription.

     

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
