Inactive Contact can be found using Advanced Find but is missing in View RRS feed

  • I have a couple of DEACTIVATED contacts that I can see by using just the Last Name in an Advanced Find Query. But I cannot see them in the Inactive Contacts view. The records open as Inactive. Why am I not seeing these records in the view?

    If records is inactive it should be visible under inactive view unless someone has changed the filter criteria for this view. Try to check filter criteria of the view and see if it's still validating inactive records.

  • Hi,

    I just checked the view and it doesn't have any filter criteria except Status = Inactive. Can this be because the system was recently upgraded from 2011 to the 2015?
