    Your product ID indicates you have a MSDN license. You would have to purchase a MSDN Subscription in order to obtain a Windows 7 Ultimate product key. Other than that, Microsoft no longer distributes or sells Windows 7 Ultimate licenses. However, Windows 7 Professional is still available from third-party sources, such as Newegg.
