Problems using the demo image RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm putting together our corporate Dynamics CRM demo image.  I'm using the Mobile WSS Winter 2008 VPC and applying the appropriate ISV bits and pieces we provide / support.

One of the ISV offerings is not installing correctly.  There's a config utility where you give it the Domain, username and password and it goes off to do its "priming" of the Dynamics instance.  This is where it is failing.  Getting the CrmSdk web service is fine, but the username, password and domain are just not recognised as valid users, even though I can log in as any of them directly.

Has anyone else had any problems with this image?  We can install the software anywhere else but not here.  The ISV is stumped as well.  They tried for hours before giving up.

    Thanks

  • Which ISV / Product is it?

  • Oakley's MIM50.  It's an integration to Sage Accounts Line 50.

Just had their support lot on webex for and turns out to be my bad.  It uses the 2006 web service and I assumed 2007.  I've got further than before but now having difficulty getting some of the Sage components to work.  That's not for here.

    Thanks
