    Good MORNING, I CANT GET MY MEDIA PLAYER 11 TO PLAY ANY MP3 MUSIC FILES AND ITS MOST ANNOYING. IT refers to certain codecs not installed, or not compatible exct i am sixty two years old and i am very patient but i have obeyed all instructions regards updates yet my mp11 still wont play my music files marked mp3. ie Is their a conversion programme i can install. My xp computer plays all my files Yet its wmp9. And wmp11 is supposed to be more advanced. I AM IN SCOTLAND UK. cAN I NOT ERASE WMP11 AND INSTALL WMP9 ON VISTA HOME.
