It says I've activated when I run "activate windows".
And it won't allow me to install updates. (Updates failed to be installed)
I've got the real thing right here so why is this happening

Click "Continue" click the Windows tab, click the "Copy" button, then paste the report into a response message in this thread.

Should this be the problems then your issue would be Windows Update and not Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) related. This Forum is only for support of WGA. Also you may visit the Windows Update Solution Center located here: http://support.microsoft.com/ph/6527 .
However if you are seeing the activation prompt even though you have been activated already please
