I bought an HP pavilion DV7 with windows 7 home premium and upgraded to pro. I then tried to download the XP mode stuff and got the message that windows is not valid. Here is the dump

I can't see any problems with your report.At exactly what stage in the process did you get a 'not valid' message, and what was the EXACT wording?What Security software are you running? Firewall? Proxy settings?
