Ip addresses blacklisted on hotmail

  Can these ip addresses be removed from the hotmail black list please.

  109.75.174.22

  109.75.174.23

   

  or anything sent from   anything@itempaid.co.uk get rejected.

   

  the error code is  [ 550 SC-001 ]

   

  i am the administrator for the domain and am being blocked every time i send from either of the above ip addresses

   

  my email is tomw@support.oxfordsoftware.com
