  How is that related to this forum?
  
  If you have a burst appendix do you walk into a shoe-shop and tell people you're sick?
  
  If you are going to post:
  1) ask a question
  2) post in the correct place
  3) provide diagnostic information e.g. which version, from which web-page, onto what Windows platform, what error messages were reported etc.
  4) Use full readable sentences that make it possible, and even desirable, for a total stranger to answer your questions.
