I want to sell the product USA and India . product is same so How can I manage the currency by the ms crm 4.0 ?

You will need to create two price list one for currency usd and the other for inr.
You will then create a price list item in both of these price lists for the same product.
When selling to a customer in USA you will choose us price list on the order/invoice and crm will pick up the USD price for it. Similarly for INR transaction choose INR price list.

Hi,
You can create multiple price lists with different currencies for the same product and on creating a Quote, Order or Invoice select the appropriate product price list accordingly. You may also refer the following link for more information on product price lists in Dynamics CRM:
