Connection problem from clients to WHS (HP MediaSmart)

Question
-
About the time HP suggested that I should install the PC Connect add-in I have had what appears to be a very slow connection between the console and the WHS. On occassion I even have trouble connection at all from the client.
I have read extensively and I have seen a couple of suggestions to check or recreate my IUSR_<servername> account, but I can't find the detail how to do this with WHS.
Any help with the IUSR or the failures reported below appreciated.
Here is the results of the WHS connector Troubleshooter run in the Advanced mode that failed:

It's possible your server is running on virtual memory. The stock RAM in the HP MSS is only 512 MB (which has been a problem for other users). You could try logging into the server desktop (which is unsupported), then open Task Manager and see what it shows in terms of available RAM.Tuesday, December 9, 2008 2:59 AMModerator -
kariay21,
Thanks for the suggestion on upgrading the RAM, which I did. The additional RAM definately improved the response once I get the console up.
To all,
However I am still receiving multiple hard failures per the Connector Troubleshooter that I think need to be addressed.
1. for test 4.6 through 4.11 they fail with the response of : "C30 response is not same as .NET response"
What do I need to do to fix this problem?
2. for test 4.12 Check Enroll 56000 - id.xml it fails with the response: "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized." How do I fix this?
3. for test 4.16 Partner manager simulator it fails with the response: that basically says it is getting an "unauthorized" response from the Enroll.aspx page.
Any help appreciated.
