Unfortunately, your Key is from a not-for-resale MSDN account. You need to claim an immediate refund from the vendor - do NOT accept the offer of a new key, and do NOT allow them to waste time with an RMA (all they are trying to do is to get past the 45-day claims window. or avoid you sending the evidence of their crimes to the authorities)

    Please read the following stickies....

The pirates have got VERY good at this over the past few years, as the price of equipment for manufacturing the packages drops, and as factories open in less well-policed countries.

  • "Have been using this copy for over 6 months with out this issue."  Apparently you are not alone.  Microsoft has blocked the key because it has been abused.

If you look at your Product ID,

    Windows Product ID: 00426-067-7867043-86248

You will notice the 067 in the second field.  That indicates that your product key belongs to an MSDN subscriber.  Unless you are that subscriber this is an unauthorized usage of the key.  Apparently MS has determined that there are a lot of folks using this key besides the subscriber and has blocked it.  That's why it took six months.  That is about the average time for this to happen.

Counterfeiters are currently selling excellent counterfeit copies of Windows using these keys.  See

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzqNNiOM0cs

If you bought your copy of Windows 7 Ultimate on eBay, or from an Amazon partner in the Amazon Marketplace, or from some other online auction or website you need to seek a refund.  I realize that a lot of time has passed.  You should also report the seller to Microsoft at

    http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/reports/report.aspx

Lastly, you need to purchase a copy of Windows from someone like the Microsoft Store or Amazon itself.
