This is an impossible question to answer as it differs between employers/organisations and countries.
The only real way to get some sort of idea of what level of experience is required for a particular job level is to do some research on the available jobs in your local area. This may provide some insight into what experience employers/organisations in your area expect candidates to have.

Hi Bahman,
I believe that my site provides the information that you are after. The data is based on job advertisement research in the USA and provides salary stats for different qualifications as well as job definitions. I have also recently added a salary calculator that searches the database for skills, experience and qualifications that you select and outputs averages and top end salaries.
Sorry, I cannot provide a direct URL as I get a warning message from the forum when I type the URL but you can search for IT Pathways com to find that info.
Hope that helps,
Andres
